Joanna, Owner of Eclectic Yoga, has is a CYT 500 Instructor and Reiki I & II Practitioner. 

Her goal is to offer a trauma informed, safe space to help clients explore their connection to self, move towards healing past traumas and cultivate a healthy, sustainable, holistic, mindful lifestyle through yoga, Mindfulness & somatic Energy healing.
